Set your life on fire. Seek those who fan your flames - Rumi
Gratitude & Healing ceremony
What are you grateful for? What are your intentions/ seeds you want to plant and grow? What do you want to let go of from your past? Write in a journal. Light a candle and hold these thoughts in your heart and your mind. Burn sage, palo santo or cedar to the fire.
Tune into all of this and create your own ceremony.
The importance of healing and cultivating especially in times like this can be a transformative process. Let it enchant you, purify you, and empower you.
Healing Bath & Re-set
Water is an essential element for physical and emotional well-being. Taking time for a bath can be transformative in so many ways, and sometimes the perfect medicine. The comfort and healing that water provides connects us back to our body and allows for a re-set. I like to light a few candles, play soothing music, and infuse my bath with essential oils, salts, and herbs. Bathing relaxes your muscles, opens pores, encourages digestion, softens your skin, and promotes a restful sleep. You can use bath salts or create your own concoction.
My go to ingredients are;
1 cup of Magnesium flakes, a few drops of Lavender or Rose essential oils, Sandalwood, and/or Eucalyptus. I also like to add dried Rose petals if I have them leftover from my week's bouquet.

Rose essential oil- 2 drops
Cassia essential oil- 2 drops
Frankincense- 1 drop
Using a 2oz. spray bottle add the drops of essential oil, add a few drops of coconut oil and mix. You can add it to a roller container, diffuse into your space, dab it onto you heart space in a circular motion, or wear it as needed.
I use Young Living essential oils - essential oils are aromatic, concentrated plant extracts that are carefully obtained through steam distillation, cold pressing, or resin tapping.
Full Moon Ritual
The full moon is a time to release the things that no longer serve us. As the moon is pregnant and full with the sun’s energy, we want to set our intentions and manifestations. It is an opportunity to cleanse your mind and soul and a reminder that you are co-creating with the universe and in alignment with your higher self.
It is a time to shed a skin that no longer suits you and let go of any negative feelings and emotions.
Sit outside or near a window where you can see the moon and stars.
Create an altar , light candles, burn incense or palo santo, include crystals and flowers, and write out a list of intentions. Meditate either on your own or follow a guided meditation - focus on your intentions and release your fears/anxiety.
Dance around in the moonlight and charge your crystals.

New Moon Ritual
The new moon brings the opportunity for creativity, as she appears dark like a fertile ground. During the course of a fortnight the moon gathers more light from the sun, becoming a crescent and then a full moon, this brings the strength and power for growth and potential. It is a time to plant intentions for our desires and what we would like to see unfold and manifest. To align with the moon’s energy we plant these seeds. It is known that farmers that work with moon phases will sow seeds during a new moon. As the moon waxes, its tidal pull draws water up to the top of the soil nurturing the seed. This is one of my favorite rituals - assemble the following: flower pot halfway with soil, add seeds - (I use nasturtiums), egg shells, a small piece of paper with your intention(s) written out, top with soil and water a few days a week. Watch your babies grow by the full moon and with some luck watch your manifestations come to life.
